Ginger Lab
Ginger Lab invites you to contribute your own home-made favourite recipe or concoction that uses stem ginger as an ingredient. You can view someone else's recipe to make or modify. The collection will form part of "Ginger Lab" showing in the Library at Chelsea College during June 2007. You can also contribute a ginger anecdote, or a personal/political position on the state of ginger.
